The hotel offers a cosy Sardinia modern style and a lovely private patio/garden space but lacks in-room amenities like an iron, kettle, and room service. The service is friendly overall but could be improved to match the price paid. The location is family-friendly and run by the amazing Francesca, although the service quality fell short of expectations. The dining is satisfactory but can be noisy at times. The hotel includes a variety of activities for all ages and exceptional service professionals.
